4:50 min. Pink Martini

"Amado Mio"

"Amado Mio" was written by Doris Fisher and Allan Roberts. The music was "performed" by Rita Hayworth in the black-and-white noir "Gilda" (1946) during which Rita Hayworth lip-synced the song "Amado Mio" as performed by Anita Kert Ellis.

The music to this re-lip-synced video was performed by Pink Martini, a Portland, Oregon band. Pink Martini's version of "Amado Mio" was first released on the album "Sympathique." This lip-synced music video is available on YouTube. A discography of Pink Martini is available on the Pink Martini website www.pinkmartini.com.
